Return and Cancellation Policy

At TheDecorSpot.in, we aim to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our refund and cancellation policy.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our support team at shopify@thedecorspot.in with your order details.

  • Cancellation After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return after receiving the item.


2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to transit damage)

  • Plants and seeds (due to perishable nature)


4. How to Initiate a Return?

To request a return, email us at shopify@thedecorspot.in with:

  1. Order ID

  2. Photos of the product (if damaged/wrong item received)

  3. Reason for return

We will guide you through the process and arrange for pickup (where applicable).
