Order Cancellation Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our support team at shopify@thedecorspot.in with your order details.

Cancellation After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return after receiving the item.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process:

3. Non-Returnable Items
